We want you to be
100% satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy with the
merchandise,
please let us know. We can exchange items or you can return it to us
within 60 days. Please note: you will be responsible for return
shipping
charges and insurance. After 60 days from purchase, you will be
charged a 15% restocking fee. After 60 days, we can not accept
returned
merchandise.

If you wish to
return
an item you do not want:
You must request a RGA (return goods authorization) number before
returning any items. Please send a request to:
service@jackscountrystore.com
Please include your order number, your name and telephone number, and
the reason you wish to return the item. (If the item is defective,
please read the manufacturer's defective policy.) The item must be complete, in
original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition. You are
responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance necessary to
assure safe delivery to us. A copy of your invoice with RGA number
must
be included with merchandise. Credit will be given after the item has
been received and inspected by Jack's Country Store.
Items returned without an RGA number will be charged a $25.00
restocking
fee.
Items
missing from delivered packages
must be claimed to Jack's Country Store within 5 days of delivery in
order to process a claim. Any claim after 5 days will be refused.
Items lost in transit or mis-delivered must be claimed
to
Jack's Country Store within 3 days of scheduled delivery date. Any
claim
after 3 days will be refused and no charge backs will be issued.
If your
package
is lost in transit, and claimed, it may take up to 5 business days for
Fed Ex to correct delivery problem.
Items
damaged in transit
will
be replaced promptly via the same shipping method as the original
order. As the shipper, it is our responsibility to pack your order in
a
way that complies with the regulations of the carrier and to file all
claims. Carriers will generally investigate our damage claim, so
please
retain both the damaged item and all packaging that accompanied your
order so that the carrier may pick it up for their inspection. Any and
all damage to the merchandise must
be
reported to Jack's Country Store within 5 business days of delivery.
Claims placed after 5 business days will be refused.
Defective
items may be
subject to
the manufacturer’s disposition. We work closely with our vendors to
resolve problems as quickly as possible. Our job is to take care of
you, our customer.
After 60
days, we can not accept returned merchandise.
