Hi Mountain Jerky's Inferno Blend of spices is truly one of a kind! By using the prefect blend of Chipotle, Habanero and Jalapenos mixed with black, red and cayenne pepper you get inferno - you adjust the heat.
Each of Hi Mountain Jerky's Inferno Seasoning kits will seasons up to 15 lbs. of meat. Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.

Ingredients of Hi Mountain Jerky's Inferno Blend:
Salt, spices (includes cayenne, chipotle, jalapeno and habanero peppers and black pepper), sugar, natural flavors and natural smoke flavor and less than 2% silicon dioxide and propylene glycol added for processing.
Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color.
