BNTO (ben-toh) is a canning jar adapter for bringing great food with you on the go! Cuppow! took inspiration from Japanese bento boxes and created a conveniently shaped insert that separates a canning jar into two compartments so you can mix or dip like a champ.

Made from BPA/BPS-free rigid plastic. Reusable and dishwasher safe (top rack only!).



About Cuppow

Cuppow is an American company that grew out of a need to develop everyday products that would help us decrease our own eco-footprint; we have been committed to that ideal from the outset, and seek to achieve it along every part of our process. Our flagship Cuppow product - the original drinking lid adaptor for canning or mason jars - allows people to up-cycle an everyday item into an eco-friendly travel mug, and we bring this same intention into all of our products by designing for utility and simplicity. Our products utilize BPA and phthalate free food-grade recycled plastic as part of our ongoing commitment to divert as much needless waste as possible from the landfill. Cuppow is Environmental Aware

Inherent in using canning jars as travel mugs is the goal of reducing our environmental impact through abstaining from the use of disposable paper coffee cups. We wanted to carry that intent into the product, so we committed ourselves to not producing another "throwaway" coffee lid like those found at gas stations: Cuppow is robust enough to last a lifetime of use, and is sourced from recycled stock of food-grade plastic so that our products can be "self-renewing". In line with this we also knew that we didn't want to have it made overseas and then shipped here; even if the parts could be produced more cheaply the shipping and transportation wouldn't be very eco-minded.

A strong and healthy America is founded on good jobs, so we do our best to support this: we only use domestic options in our supply, manufacturing, and fulfillment. While this might increase the overall cost of business, keeping our entire process within an hour’s drive allows us to ensure quality along every step of the process - and we know that our customers take pride in purchasing a high-quality 100% American made product, the same that we take pride in making one. Furthermore we do our best to encourage customers to buy from brick & mortar stores in the hopes of encouraging vibrant Main Streets in every town, so that more of the cash you spend on our product stays locally within your community.

Cuppow Lids are Family Friendly!

Cuppow products are made from food-grade polypropylene that is free of BPA, phthalates, and BPS. We considered using other classic renewables like metal, glass, or bamboo, but ultimately decided that the potential dangers from sharp edges or splinters was too great for our little ones (we’ve got kids too!). So we undertook an extensive investigation into material sources and manufacturing in order to find the perfect solution, and we did! Cuppow is durable enough that it shouldn't foul nor deform over time due to exposure to strong odors, colorants, or heat, which means that [with some love] the Cuppow you buy your toddler could be the same one they bring to college.
