Nashville Hot Dill Seasoning brings the fiery heat of Nashville to your kitchen with a twist. This unique blend combines chili peppers with the tangy coolness of dill and a hint of sweetness for a flavor explosion. Perfect for fried chicken, but also delicious on fish, fries, or even popcorn, Nashville Hot Dill Seasoning adds a bold and addictive kick with a touch of unexpected dill to any dish.
Recipe for Fried Chicken: In a resealable bag, combine 1 1/2 cups buttermilk with 2 Tbsp seasoning. Add 1 lb. of chicken, seal the bag, and marinate in a refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours. For best results, marinate overnight. When ready to cook, combine 1/2 cup bread crumbs with 1 cup flour. Dredge chicken in flour mixture and fry (or bake) as desired.
Ingredients: Dehydrated garlic and onion, brown sugar, salt, spices (including dill), paprika, dehydrated red pepper sauce (aged red pepper, distilled vinegar, salt), natural flavors (including grill), turmeric, spice extractive, with calcium silicate and calcium stearate added to prevent caking. Gluten-free.
