With a flat wick (mantle-less) burner, this classic student desk lamp is constructed of solid brass with an elegant embossed design/pattern. The lamp features an adjustable height, adjustable reflector and shade, and holds 8 ounces of lamp oil or odorless kerosene. The burner is a high quality flat wick burner, which uses a 1/2" cotton flat wick, and produces 4 candlepower of light.
This student lamp has an overall height of 20" and a 4 1/2" base. The base of the lamp is also weighted for extra stability.
