Smokehouse Products Front Load Big Chief Smoker #9894The Big Chief Front Load Electric Smoker is one of our more popular electric smoker and a customer favorite since its introduction shortly after the Little Chief in 1968. The Big Chief smokers are electric and plug into any standard 3-prong 110-120 AC outlet. The Big Chief heating element will heat the smoking chamber to approximately 165 degrees Fahrenheit. The Big Chief is perfect for smoking salmon, trout, other fish, jerky, sausage, fruits, nuts, cheese, turkey, bacon, hams, steaks and really any other types of foods. Why choose a Front Load Style over a Top Load Style Big Chief Smoker? The Front Load Style allows you to have access to each individual cooking grill. If you are cooking a variety of smoked foods (such as jerky and fish at the same time), the Front Load design allows you to remove one grill at a time, or rotate your grills top to bottom as needed. Use the Big Chief only on a concrete or other non-combustible surface, and use it at least two feet from any combustible materials. The Big Chief should only be used outside. The Big Chief is Guaranteed to be free from manufacturing or component defects for a period of 2 years.
